Shipping & Returns

General Terms

All products sold by STEVIES ARTISANS are brand new and are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products are shipped F.O.B. (Freight On Board) and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to STEVIES ARTISANS within 24 hours. All retail purchases will be shipped within three business day. All wholesale purchases (Ivette Urbaez Designs) will be shipped within thirty days. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from STEVIES ARTISANS acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.
Orders: Items are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours and not more than 5 business days. Shipping and Handling Fees also include Insurance. We ship the majority of orders using USPS Priority & First Class Mail unless otherwise requested.
Shipping time is based upon USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. UPS Next Day, Second Day, and Third Day delivery is also available at an additional cost. Delivery Times: Each order is shipped within 2 to 3 business days whenever possible. You can expect delivery in 3-10 business days. We enter your email address, whenever possible, into the shipping carrier’s system so you can receive a tracking number permitting you to track your order.

Shipments outside of the U.S.: Orders shipped to addresses in Canada may be made only to selected areas depending on the shipping carriers.

Delivery Addresses: We strive to maintain a high level of customer service and we take extra precautions to avoid fraud. If the delivery address does not match the address on your Credit Card Statement we reserve the right to request additional information and may refuse to ship the order. Please fill in your street address information (or “Ship To:” address information, if different), we reserve the right to determine if we will ship to an address that is different from the registered credit card address. We cannot ship to a box office address.


Lost Orders: Rarely, an order will be lost during shipment. Our responsibility for the merchandise ends when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. Once an order has left our shipping department, the USPS or UPS tracking number must be used. We do our best to provide all needed information to assist you in recovery and/or replacement.

STEVIES ARTISANS Return Merchandise Policy

  • All order changes or cancellations should be reported prior to shipping and by Email.
  • STEVIES ARTISANS reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund.
  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods at info@steviesartisans.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Full refunds will be made if item is returned within 30 days of purchase.   
  • There will be no refund for shipping under any circumstances.
  • All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original condition. To request a Merchandise Return Authorization, email: info@steviesartisan.com
  • Ship the item(s) back to us with a copy of your receipt. Include all parts and accessories, along with the original packing material.
  • Include the RMA number on the copy of the receipt and on the outside of the  package.
  • The item must be insured, Return Receipt Requested, to the RMA address provided. Shipments without an RMA number will be refused.

Note: Items must be shipped within 14 days of issuing the RMA. Items will not be accepted after that period. Items returned with missing parts will not receive a refund.

Limits and Exclusions

All of STEVIES ARTISAN products are handmade and are subject to variations. Multiples of Our Glass items are available on special order. Wholesale orders for Ivette Urbaez Designs are subject to minimum orders. Email info@steviesartisans.com for special order or wholesale order requests.

Back-order Policy

If want to order an out-of-stock product from us, we will email you when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. STEVIES ARTISANS will not charge your credit card for back-ordered items until we ship your order. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships. Products on back-order will be shipped using the shipping method you chose.
